ABOUT THE CENTER
The Center for Accreditation of Publicly Recognized Adult Education Organizers (hereinafter: JPOA Center) is an organizational unit of the Agency for Qualifications, which performs the tasks of granting approval for acquiring the status of publicly recognized adult education organizer and quality assurance tasks in informal education, which are entrusted to the Agency by the Law on the National Qualifications Framework of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter: Law on NQF).
Part of the Law on NQF, which entrusts the tasks of granting approval for acquiring the status of publicly recognized adult education organizer to the Agency, applies to all legal entities, except primary and secondary schools (hereinafter: other organizations), which were previously performed by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development until the adoption of this law, aims to enhance the efficiency and professionalism in the accreditation of these entities and the quality control of their work.
The procedure for issuing approval for acquiring the status of JPOA is initiated by another organization by submitting a request for acquiring the status of JPOA to the Agency for Qualifications, Center for Accreditation of JPOA, Majke Jevrosime 51, Belgrade.
ROLE OF THE CENTER
- improves standards, i.e., conditions for conducting adult education activities;
- conducts the procedure for granting the status of JPOA for conducting adult education activities that:
- acquire competencies and/or qualifications for performing, improving, or changing professions, jobs, work functions, or work operations, for levels 2, 3, and 5 of the NQF,
- enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities for personal and professional development and socially responsible behavior, improving quality of life, general education, and culture, and
- provide career guidance and counseling services;
- develops standards for self-evaluation and external evaluation of the quality of JPOA work;
- performs external quality checks of JPOA work;
- provides support to JPOA in implementing and improving quality systems;
- promotes adult education at local, regional, and national levels, informing the public and business entities about the conditions, advantages, and importance of acquiring the status of JPOA, as well as the necessity of aligning adult education with labor market needs;
- maintains records and archives documentation on the recognition of foreign school certificates;
- maintains the Subregister of JPOA to inform the public about JPOA that have been granted or revoked approvals, about approved adult education activities, and about employers with whom JPOA carry out practical work.

Uputstvo za pristupanje obukama:
1. Obuka za samovrednovanje kvaliteta rada JPOA, pre svega je namenjena članovima Tima za samovrednovanje JPOA.
Obuci možete pristupiti nakon što popunite aplikacioni formular sa podacima na osnovu kojih će administrator za vas kreirati korisničko ime i lozinku i omogućiti pristup obuci.
APLIKACIONI FORMULAR ZA OBUKU ZA SAMOVREDNOVANjE KVALITETA RADA JPOA
Obuku možete završiti dinamikom koja vam odgovara, a nakon uspešno položenog završnog testa Agenciji za kvalifikacije izdaće vam Potvrdu o savladanoj obuci.
2. Obuka za primenu Standarda KViS-a namenjena je svim pružaocima usluga karijernog vođenja i savetovanja (u sektoru obrazovanja, zapošljavanja, omladinskog i socijalnog rada). Obuci možete pristupiti nakon što popunite aplikacioni formular sa podacima na osnovu kojih će administrator za vas kreirati korisničko ime i lozinku i omogućiti pristup obuci.
